Your first visit includes a comprehensive health consultation, review of your medical history, and discussion of your health goals. Based on your needs, your treatment may include acupuncture and, when appropriate, complementary therapies such as cupping, electrical stimulation, or LED light therapy. Your first appointment lasts approximately 75 minutes.
Most people find acupuncture surprisingly comfortable. The needles are extremely thin—much finer than those used for injections. You may feel a brief sensation as the needle is inserted, followed by feelings of warmth, heaviness, tingling, or deep relaxation.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing whenever possible. Many acupuncture points are located on the arms and legs, so clothing that can easily be rolled up is helpful.

When performed by a licensed acupuncturist using sterile, single-use needles, acupuncture is considered very safe. We'll review your health history before treatment to ensure acupuncture is appropriate for you.
Holistic Eutopia is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we're happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

No. Therapy packages never expire. They are non-refundable and may be transferred with prior clinic approval.
