Insurance & Payment Policy
Holistic Eutopia LLC is a cash-based practice and does not accept health insurance at this time. If your insurance plan includes acupuncture benefits, you may choose to submit a claim directly to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide a superbill containing the necessary information for submission. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
